York University (Ross Humanities & Social Sciences Building - MLC) - Building Services Assessmen

PNF Engineering served as Mechanical and Electrical Engineering consultants for York University to conduct a building services assessment and audit of the existing "Multimedia Language Center" (MLC). The project involved a comprehensive audit of the building systems, namely mechanical and electrical (M&E) services in the 17,120 foot squared MLC area within the "Ross Humanities and Social Sciences" building.

PNF surveyed and audited various teaching laboratories, student study areas, administrative offices, general offices, and common areas within the MLC. Detailed visual inspections and testing of all areas were performed in order to produce a comprehensive and detailed M&E building services audit. PNF produced an assessment report and detailed engineering M&E layout drawings of the entire MLC area.
